You can request deletion of your entire Damnpay account or remove specific personal data while keeping your account active.
- Request full account deletion. Email us at privacy@damnpay.in using the subject line “Full Account Deletion Request – [Your Registered Email ID]” and include your full name, registered email ID, mobile number, and a clear statement to delete the account. We will verify your identity and confirm once the deletion is completed within the legally permitted timeline.
- Request partial data deletion. Email privacy@damnpay.in with the subject line “Partial Data Deletion Request – [Your Registered Email ID]” and specify the data you want removed (for example saved addresses, payment methods, search history, or optional profile information). We will verify your identity and act within a reasonable period.
- Data retention. Certain records may be retained where required or permitted by law, including transaction data, fraud prevention artefacts, or backup copies that are purged on our regular retention cycle.
