1. Key Terms
Capitalised terms defined by inclusion in quotations and/or parenthesis have the meanings so ascribed. Additional terms include: “Account” refers to the profile created by Users; “Consumer” refers to individuals using the Website for personal purchases; “Service” refers to any service listed on the Website including utility bill payment, mobile recharge, metro card recharge, gas booking, credit card payment, air ticketing, and hotel/short stay bookings; and “Vendor” refers to third parties integrated with the Website to deliver Services.
2. Scope of Services
- Damnpay provides an online platform to facilitate digital transactions such as bill payments, recharges, bookings, and related services.
- Damnpay acts solely as an intermediary. Transaction fulfilment is the responsibility of the respective Vendor or service provider.
- Standard network or data charges may apply. You consent to receive transactional communications via SMS, email, in-app alerts, or push notifications.
3. User Eligibility
- Consumers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or have guardian consent.
- Vendors must be legally authorised in India to render their respective services.
4. Account Registration
- Users must maintain accurate, complete, and current information when creating an Account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and promptly informing Damnpay of unauthorised access.
- By registering you consent to data processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors must provide accurate service listings, fees, and delivery timelines.
- They remain solely responsible for regulatory compliance, customer support, and timely fulfilment.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or data breaches can result in suspension and legal action.
6. Consumer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate billing, payment, and transaction data.
- Refrain from using the Website for unlawful, unauthorised, or fraudulent purposes.
7. Order Placement and Acceptance
- Consumers must submit valid transaction details and complete payment to initiate service requests.
- Order confirmations and status updates will be issued through SMS or email.
8. Pricing and Payment
- Prices include applicable taxes and may be updated periodically.
- Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or net-banking through secure gateways.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Physical deliveries, where applicable, are managed by Vendors or their logistics providers. Estimated timelines and responsibilities are outlined during checkout.
10. Returns and Cancellation

11. User Conduct
- Use the Website lawfully and maintain accurate account details.
- Do not engage in hacking, phishing, spamming, or distributing malware.
- Do not reproduce or misuse proprietary Website content or branding.
12. Intellectual Property
Damnpay owns or licenses all intellectual property related to the Website including layout, text, graphics, and media. You may not copy, distribute, or commercialise any content without prior written consent. We reserve the right to remove infringing material and suspend offending accounts.
13. Links to Third Party Websites
Third-party links are provided for convenience. Damnpay does not control or endorse external websites and is not responsible for content, products, or services offered there. Review third-party terms before use.
14. Termination
Damnpay may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, inactivity, or misuse. Accounts may be deactivated without notice and Damnpay is not liable for resulting losses.
15. Limitation of Liability
Damnpay’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, nor for third-party acts including Vendors, payment processors, or logistics providers, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Damnpay, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your content, misuse of the Website, or violation of third-party rights. Damnpay may assume exclusive defence of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense.
17. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal data in line with Indian data protection laws.
18. Dispute Resolution
Disputes unresolved within thirty (30) days shall be referred to arbitration. If parties cannot agree on a sole arbitrator, a three-member panel shall be appointed with Punjab, India as the seat and English as the language. The arbitral decision is final.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes not resolved through arbitration.
20. Modification of Terms and Conditions
Damnpay may modify these Terms or the Website at any time. Updates will be posted on the Website and indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
21. Customer Complaints
We investigate complaints carefully. Vendors breaching these Terms may face suspension or termination. Contact us using the details below to report issues.
22. Miscellaneous
- Notices may be sent via the email registered in your Account.
- These Terms bind successors and permitted assigns.
- The Parties are independent contractors with no authority to bind each other.
- We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
- Electronic signatures and counterparts carry the same legal effect as originals.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
- Clauses that logically survive termination remain enforceable.
- Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
- Feedback provided by Users may be used by Damnpay without obligation.
- Users confirm they have entered these Terms voluntarily and with full understanding.
- Singular includes plural; gender references apply to all genders.

Damnpay User Agreement
Effective Date: 08 April 2025. This Agreement supplements the Terms and Conditions and governs platform usage for services including utility payments, recharges, bookings, and more. By using the Platform you also agree to the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Grievance Redressal Mechanism.
1. Introduction
The Platform is operated via www.damnpay.in and official Android and iOS applications. Damnpay may amend this Agreement at any time in accordance with applicable laws. Vendor liabilities, warranties, or third-party service agreements remain unaffected by this policy.
2. Definitions
- Account: The account created by a User on the Platform to access the Services.
- Applicable Laws: All laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, treaties, directives, and guidelines in force in India.
- Business Day: Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in India.
- Order: A request placed by a User for a Product or Service via the Platform.
- Platform: The website www.damnpay.in, the Damnpay mobile applications, and any associated channels through which Services are offered.
- Product: Goods or services listed on the Platform for purchase, payment, or booking.
- Refund Policy: Damnpay’s policy governing cancellations, refunds, and failed transactions.
- User: Any individual or entity registering on or accessing the Platform, including Vendors and Consumers.
- Vendor: Third parties offering Products or fulfilling Services through integration with the Platform.
3. Eligibility and Acceptance
- You must be at least 18 and legally competent to contract. If acting for an entity, you confirm authority to bind it.
- You warrant that registration information is accurate, you will protect your credentials, and you comply with applicable laws.
- If you disagree with this Agreement, discontinue use immediately.
4. Scope of Services
Damnpay aggregates utility payments, recharges, metro top-ups, gas bookings, credit card payments, and travel bookings, subject to availability and partner terms.
5. Service Intermediary Role
Damnpay facilitates interactions but does not provide the underlying utility, telecom, travel, or financial services. Responsibility for delays or inaccuracies rests with the respective Vendor.
6. Account Registration and Security
- Create an account using valid credentials. Certain transactions may require KYC/AML verification.
- You are responsible for account security and prompt reporting of suspected breaches.
- Damnpay is not liable for losses stemming from unauthorised account use.
7. Payments
Payments are processed via secure gateways compliant with RBI and PCI-DSS standards. Service fees, if any, are disclosed before checkout.
8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Failed Transactions
Refunds for failed services follow the Refund Policy and are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Cancellation options depend on partner policies.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Damnpay provides the Platform “as is” and is not responsible for disruptions caused by utility providers, airlines, booking engines, reward programmes, or payment gateways. Liability is capped at the transaction amount in dispute.
10. Limitation of Liability
Damnpay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant transaction.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify Damnpay against claims arising from misuse, legal breaches, or violation of rights when using the Platform.
12. Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, or breach of the Agreement or applicable law.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
The Agreement is governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction in Patiala, Punjab. Users should first contact customer support for amicable resolution.
14. Amendments
Damnpay may update this Agreement; continued use signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
